What if I don't like the edit?

Every BrandexVideo plan includes unlimited revisions at no extra charge. You leave timestamped comments on the delivered video, and our editor revises until you approve it. Most revisions are returned the same day.
How fast is the turnaround?

Essentials: 48 hours. Growth and Scale plans: 24 hours. Scale clients get priority 12-hour turnaround. We work across time zones to make sure deadlines are always met.
