Screen content is wide; feeds are tall. We track the important screen region — the cursor, the form, the result — and reframe it vertically with the face-cam in the top or bottom third. Dead time between clicks is cut. Callouts appear on the click. The 12-minute recording becomes three 45-second videos, each with its own hook.
